Future in Germany welcomes you to explore the relevant terms and conditions. It is an Educational Consultancy services system that works under a specific domain. This makes it available to serve you with one internet browser. To proceed with the registration and stride, you need to ensure the general terms and conditions of the business.

Introduction

Future in Germany provides online/offline education, job consultancy, language learning and future scopes in Germany to the users, where they can explore the international language, future and culture. We are producing the most relevant and practical knowledge base for our members.

We allow high-standard technologies to intervene in our Future in Germany programs to enhance the career and learning experience.

Registration and participation

Every participant is expected to fill out the complete registration form. There are many prerequisites that the participants need to submit with the required details –

• Participation in every services are open to everyone, whoever is interested in Future in Germany.
• The participant must be aged 13 or older to get registered with Future in Germany. Younger ones may discuss their requirements to proceed differently.
• The online booking process shows a form to get filled by the participant. Hereafter, we will send the confirmation with immediate effect in the most convenient way like standard mail, email, or fax.
• We value the amount you pay for services. In this reference, if no contract is really concluded between us, the paid fees will be refunded to you with the advised details.

• Every candidate will get the confirmation via mail or fax. Here, the invoice for the paid amount will also be attached.
• The amount invoiced should fall before the beginning of the Service or course. The later booking or participation can be considered as delayed payments.
  
• If the full payment of a particular service or course is not paid by the due date, the candidate may lose the right to the offered services or participate in the learning programs.
• Apart from one-time payments, the entire service or course payment can be segmented and arranged in different milestones.
• After registration, the candidate is expected to attend the service or classes. If any candidate is not taking the service or attending the classes or doing its part, the payment obligation will still persist.

Fees and Refund Policy

Future in Germany values your investment in our educational consulting services and maintains a transparent approach to fees and refunds to ensure mutual clarity and trust.

1. Service Fee Structure

   • Our fee schedule provides a detailed breakdown of all services, including guidance on admissions, visa applications, and any additional support for studying in Germany.
   • Fees may include the cost of consultation sessions, application assistance, and digital materials provided by Future in Germany. Any additional costs for third-party services (such as document translation or language tests) will be outlined separately to ensure transparency.

2. Registration Fee

   • A non-refundable registration fee is required upon signing this agreement to secure consultancy services. This amount confirms your commitment to the process and our commitment to your case.

3. Refundable Service Deposit

   • In some cases, we may request a refundable deposit for specific services (such as document review or translation coordination). The refundable amount will be explicitly mentioned and will be reimbursed under the circumstances defined below.

4. Consultation Service Cancellations

   • Clients are expected to attend scheduled sessions as per the consultancy plan. If you wish to discontinue our services after the initial session, a cancellation request must be submitted in writing before the second session.
   • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the second session.

5. Pre-Process Cancellation

   • If you decide to cancel services before the application or visa process begins, the refundable deposit and any advance payments will be returned. Terms of the refund will be discussed at the time of cancellation, and any refunds will be processed according to our standard procedures.

6. Official Cancellation Procedure

   • All cancellation requests must be made in writing (via email or official form) and are subject to approval. Verbal requests for cancellations cannot be processed to ensure clarity and formal documentation of all transactions.

7. Non-Transferable Service Fees

   • The consultancy fee covers services for one registered individual and cannot be transferred to any other person. If additional individuals seek our services, they must register separately.

8. Consultancy-Initiated Cancellations

   • If Future in Germany cancels any service or support without completing the agreed process, all applicable fees paid to date will be refunded to the client
